Welcome to my website. This site is my personal space for sharing ideas, stories, and the tools I use to support adult learning and transformation. You’ll also find dates for upcoming workshops, seminars, and short courses — check the Workshops menu for details.

I’m a practitioner dedicated to supporting meaningful change in adulthood through coaching, education, and facilitation. Grounded in doctoral research into the transformative journeys of mature students, my work explores how adults grow through reflection, challenge, and meaning-making. I design respectful, dialogical learning spaces that honour lived experience and prior learning, and I focus on lasting change rather than quick fixes. Through one-to-one coaching and group programs, I help adults reframe perspectives, navigate transitions, and integrate new insights into their personal and professional lives.

My research responds to the growing number of non-traditional postgraduate students — people balancing full-time work, family and study. By examining their experiences, I develop tools and resources that improve the student journey and contribute to the wider literature on transformative adult learning. In 2026 I’ll be sharing more of these tools and strategies born from years of practice and listening to stories of growth.
