Please read the following conditions when making a booking on one of our public workshops for school students.
1. Changes To Bookings
If a student is unable to attend the workshop they booked to join, please let us know at least 7 days before the workshop. You will be able to transfer your booking to a future date with no additional charge. Alternatively, you may transfer the place to someone else, provided that you let us know their name and contact details.
If a student is unable to attend the workshop they booked to join and you let us know less than 7 days before the workshop (or you don’t let us know at all), we are unable to transfer your booking to a future date, or to a another person, and the cancellation charges (set out below) will apply.

2. Cancellations And Refunds
2.1 Full Price Bookings
If you cancel a workshop booking more than 30 days before the date of the workshop, you will receive a full refund *.
For cancellations between 16 and 30 days before the date of a workshop, you will receive a 50% refund. *
For cancellations of advised 15 days or less before the date of a workshop, no refund will be given.
Please note that refunds apply only to original bookings and are not available if you have already transferred your booking.
* Please note: if a cancellation results in a multi-person booking becoming a single person booking, the applicable refund will be adjusted so that the remaining booking will reflect the non-discounted rate,
2.2 Special/Discounted Rate Bookings
Special Discounted Rate bookings, such as Early Bird Specials and other Promotional Rate Bookings, are refundable as per the conditions in 2.1; however, for cancellations advised between 16 and 30 days before the date of a workshop the refund will be adjusted so that the charge retained will be 50% of the non-discounted rate. You may transfer your Special or Discounted Rate Booking to a future workshop date, or transfer the booked place to someone else, as described in the ‘Changes’ section above.
2.3 If We Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop should the number of booked participants be below the minimum number needed to run an effective workshop. Although unlikely, if such a situation occurs we will offer you a full 100% refund. Alternatively, you have the option to transfer to an alternative date.
2.4 Other Information
Even though the workshops are intended to cater to a maximum of 12 participants, we reserve the right to increase the number of attendees during periods of high demand.
We also reserve the right, due to operational needs, to change the location of a workshop to a different venue within the same city .If this occurs we will let you know as soon as any such change occurs.
