Online course design and face-to-face training start with a client consultation.

1. Initial consultation, where we discuss your audience, industry, outcomes required, as well as the language, literacy and numeracy level of the proposed participants.
2. Preliminary course design, where we storyboard the proposed online course, and present the initial course design. This includes proposed resources, video script concepts, interactive modules, games, and recommended assessment methods.
3. Client review of the preliminary design elements of the course.
4. Course development.
5. Review, feedback and revisions.
6. Final approval

Programs may be designed for in-house non-accredited programs; however, I also design  resources for accredited units and work with external validators to ensure any accredited resources meet the required standards.
