We are now a few weeks into the first month of a new year and no doubt many of us have decided to make a few changes to our lives. Stop eating junk food, get a bit more organised, find a new job, start the gym program, and so on.
In my most recent post, I discussed the value of planning and how important it is to make changes to enable us not so much to fit as much into our lives as possible but to actually allow us to have the time to enjoy our lives too. However, a familiar cry is, but I don’t have time to do this. This short clip introduces the use of tracking sheets to see where we can improve our use of time, and as a result have time to do the things we want to do.

This is a TEDx Vienna presentation by Graham Shaw who teaches how to draw pictures that make learning memorable. Note how he suggests keeping the drawings simple. Try this yourself, you might be surprised at what you can remember.
